A card for my sweet mother

DSC_0407Patterned paper: Maja Design – Vintage Spring Basics
Stamp: Magnolia – AT Tilda

Colored with Distress Ink: Walnut stain and Tea dye.

On this card I’ve used a stamp from Magnolia called Sleeping baby, it’s so cute! To get the crackled effect on the wings I’ve used Crackle accents. I’ve colored the stamp with the following colors of distress ink:

Skin: Tattered rose and Vintage photo
Cheeks: Tattered rose and Aged mahogany
Clothes: Victorian velvet and Walnut stain
Wings: Weathered wood
Shade: Stormy sky
Ground: Pumice stone

The papers are from First edition papers pad Silent night.
Have a lovely weekend!

Twitter wedding

Today I’ve emptied my camera and there was a whole bunch of photos that I’ve totally forgot to show you. Here’s two projects from the early 2013.

I got the opportunity to make the place cards for a wedding. The couple met on twitter and you could follow the  whole wedding, both the preparations and the ceremony and even the party on Twitter with the hashtag #twitterbrollop.

I also made a card for them with the same theme, the Twitter bird. The patterned paper is called Lyrical and is from Prima Marketing and the collection Firefly.

Birthday card

A birthday card for a friend of mine. The digi is included in a set from Tiddly Inks called Set of Kittys. On this card I’ve tried to make some paper piecing on the balloon.

The papers are from the paper pad J’adore from First edition papers.

A boy

Today we visited our friends who got a son for about two months ago. A very sweet little boy. For his card I’ve used a digital stamp from Teddy Bo called “What a Jolly bow” ( teddybobea 087).  He’s so cute! I’ve colored him with copic markers. I bought some copics this summer and got a few more for christmas. Today I received even more with the mail. 🙂

Hi again!

Today I’m gonna show you all another card. I created it for one of my colleagues who has got a sweet little boy named Liam.

The paper is from Maja Design – Vintage Summer Basics. I love that paper pad! For this card I’ve used the digital stamp Toby Tumble’s Special Delivery, from Cuddly Buddly.

I’ve colored it with distress ink and unfortunately I don’t remember which colors I used.
